Help fund one of our teens to go to a communication group which advances their language and relationships. The ethos behind the circle groups:
Community – being together and working together: gelling mixed groups and including everyone.
Identity – How do we talk about and develop identity? The co-production via ‘this is me’ chart and cards.
Relationships – assertion, negotiation, crushes and brush offs, learn through doing (operant learning) with facilitation and coaching (errorless learning).
Communication – working on key issues with this age group speech, vocabulary, sentences, communication charts, repair skills.
Lead by Everyone – Co-production
This is so important for our young people’s identity and relationship-building.
Communication events are £15 per child – £75 for 5 children – £150 for 10 children.
