Ese Stacey’s involvement with Down syndrome issues came about after her second child Hannah was born with the condition in 2005. Since then Ese and her husband Simon have worked tirelessly to help change the health and lives of Down syndrome children.
We at the DSDT are now delivering after-school Fun and Learning chat time sessions to support social communication skills.
Experts indicate that syndrome-specific speech and language therapy is vital to enabling children with Down syndrome to make best progress with speech, language and communication skills.
