Leighton House, Holland Park, London. W14
After several concerts in France, Germany and the US, the “Lyrical Twins” are finally coming to London!
We are very pleased to invite you to an evening of Opera Duets, on Friday 5th July at 7pm at Leighton House, 12 Holland Park Rd, London W14 8LZ.
This concert is performed for the benefit of the Down Syndrome Development Trust, supporting people living with Down syndrome.
In this recital, two twin sisters blend their voices with humour, complicity and poetry. They are showcasing a repertoire of Lieder and Opera duets: Mozart, Delibes, Rossini, Saint-Saens, Fauré, Bellini, Brahms and Mendelssohn to name a few.
They are accompanied by pianist Hubert Virlet, who in 2004 won the piano first prize at Versailles’ prestigious music school, the Versailles Conservatoire de Musique.
Entrance £30, including your private tour of the museum from 7pm, followed at 8pm by the concert and champagne interval.
We are looking forward to seeing you! Feel free to forward the invitation!
Note: Leighton House is an exceptional venue, but unfortunately only offers 100 seats. First come, first served!
